Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING - Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - As of November 1, 2025, you will be able to pick up your online order at a market using the code MARKETPICKUP at checkout. Make sure you check the markets page on the website or social media accounts to see where I'll be next.

LOCAL DELIVERY - During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25kms from downtown location in Edmonton, Alberta. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 days from being ordered using Purolator or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We do not ship outside of Canada at this time but are working on getting shipping available to the USA one day.
