Giving Back

10% of every EVOLVE Mental Health Apparel purchase is donated to organizations that support and provide help to people looking for mental health and mental illness supports. Many of these organizations are local to central Alberta, but often times are organizations within Canada.

To date EVOLVE Mental Health Apparel has donated to: The Canadian Mental Health Association (Camrose, Edmonton, and Red Deer Region), The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Mental Health Commission of Canada, Edmonton CASA Mental Health, Camrose Open Door Association, Smiles Thru Lindsey Foundation, The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation, Kids Help Phone, The Legacy Place Society, and Autism Edmonton.

Hi there... I'm Mack, the owner, creator, designer, and everything in between at EVOLVE Mental Health Apparel.

Established in April 2021, I initially shared this brand with friends and family on Instagram before expanding to a website and participating in local markets and events in central Alberta.

From 2022 to 2024 I spent my time becoming a registered social worker and took a step back from EVOLVE as I focused on my studies and my own struggles with depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic fatigue, and chronic body pain. However, since graduating I have worked hard to connect with the community and like-minded people to continue bringing awareness to mental health and learning about resources available for all.

Please know that you are not alone, everyone has a story to tell and and your story isn't over ; when 'I' becomes 'we', illness becomes wellness.
