About Mack

Hi, I’m Mack, the owner and heart behind Evolve Mental Health Apparel.

I created this brand in November 2020 after years of struggling with my mental health and chronic pain. Over the years, I’ve taken steps back when needed — to seek my own mental health support and to return to college, where I graduated as a registered social worker. Because of chronic pain, I’ve been unable to work in a traditional full-time role, but I’ve never let that stop me from pursuing my goal of helping others.

Living with these invisible battles has brought seasons of grief and loss, but it has also given me the passion to create something meaningful. Evolve is my way of continuing to make an impact — by raising awareness, sparking conversations, and building a supportive community.

The Mission

More than clothing, Evolve is a voice, a reminder, and a movement to make mental health visible, valid, and supported. Together, we can spark conversations about mental health, encourage one another to seek help without judgment, and promote mental health awareness through inclusive apparel and knowledge.

Giving Back

10% of every EVOLVE Mental Health Apparel purchase is donated to organizations that support and provide help to people looking for mental health and mental illness supports. Many of these organizations are local to central Alberta, but often times are organizations within Canada.
