Hi, I’m Mack, the owner and heart behind Evolve Mental Health Apparel.

I created this brand in November 2020 after years of struggling with my mental health and chronic pain.

In 2024, I graduated with honors and became a registered social worker. In 2026, I started a Holistic Nutrition Diploma program, in hopes of learning how I can further help myself and others feel their best selves.

Because of chronic pain, I’ve been unable to work in a traditional full-time role, but I’ve never let that stop me from pursuing my goal of helping others.

Living with these invisible battles has brought seasons of grief and loss, but it has also given me the passion to create something meaningful.

Evolve is my way of continuing to make an impact — by raising awareness, sparking conversations, and building a supportive community.
